| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se realizó en el departamento del Cauca, en la ciudad de Popayán en el Instituto Técnico Industrial. Este proceso que se inicia en el mes de septiembre del año 2013 con la práctica profesional y la construcción del anteproyecto de investigación; posteriormente se reanuda en el mes de febrero del 2014, para realizar el trabajo de campo que se prolongó hasta el mes de abril. Con ella se pretende averiguar cuáles son las prácticas cotidianas de comunicación en los hogares de los jóvenes con problemas de comportamiento y/o bajo rendimiento académico de los grados sexto y séptimo de dicha Institución; para saber si hay alguna injerencia en el estilo de comunicación y su situación particular dentro del colegio. Debido a las características de este proceso, se combinó el trabajo de campo con la utilización de encuestas, motivo por el cual la investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque de investigación mixta de tipo descriptivo, integrando la parte cuantitativa con la parte cualitativa, para que la información recopilada fuera más significativa y así mostrar una perspectiva más amplia y profunda de los estilos cotidianos de comunicación que se estuviera presentando al interior de los hogares de este grupo de estudiantes. Después de analizar 109 encuestas de estudiantes, 54 de padres de familia y de entrevistar 24 estudiantes con problemas de indisciplina y/o indebido comportamiento y 10 familias o padres; se pudo concluir que sí hay problemas de comunicación al interior de la mayoría de estudiantes con problemas disciplinarios y/o de bajo rendimiento. | spa |
