| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio constituye un instrumento en el que se tratan aspectos relacionados con el sistema de comercialización y sistema operativo de la estación de servicio para almacenamiento y distribución de combustibles derivados de los hidrocarburos. Como principal objetivo es generar utilidades en las oportunidades que ofrece el mercado, proveer un servicio de calidad y eficiencia. Una de las principales actividades de la estación de servicio es el abastecimiento de los tanques de gasolina, cambios de aceite y lavando de automotores; servicios que juegan un papel importante en la sociedad. | spa |
