| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se desarrolla a partir la problemática que actualmente se presenta en el Municipio de Barbosa - Santander en donde debido a la carencia de infraestructura hospitalaria en el hospital integrado San Bernardo se vienen generando grandes inconvenientes en la atención hospitalaria de la población tanto rural como urbana, siendo mayormente afectada la poblaciones tales como adultos mayores, infancia y personas diagnosticadas con enfermedades que requieran atención médica permanente. Crear un modelo de negocio que permita mitigar la ausencia de un servicio de salud en esta población es de gran importancia ya que no solo brindaría un beneficio económico para el emprendedor, sino que aportaría al bienestar a la comunidad comprometiéndola con una mejora en su estado de salud y atención oportuna. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present document was developed from the problems that are currently presented in Barbosa – Santander´s Hospital, where due to the lack San Bernardo hospital´s infrastructure a lot of great inconveniences have been generated hospital care for both rural and urban populations, with populations such as older adults, children and people being mostly affected diagnosed with diseases that require permanent medical attention. Create a business model that allows mitigating the absence of a health service in this population is very important since it would not only provide an economic benefit for the entrepreneur, but would contribute to the well-being of the community by committing it to an improvement in its state of health and timely care. The project presents a series of marketing strategies that include a management plan for marketing and digital marketing in order to guarantee a demand that positions the business and provide the operation and positive results to the community in general and as such to “HEALTH AT HOME”. | spa |
