El proceso se realiza desde el inicio con la metodología de la investigación - acción, al realizar el análisis y la argumentación necesaria para plantear la transformación de la comunicación, poner en funcionamiento la estrategia e irla retroalimentando en el mismo espacio tiempo- institucional. | spa |
