dc.description.abstractEl presente grupo 23 del curso Diplomado en SCM y logística O.G 1602 del 2021 realiza una investigación del estado actual del supply chain management de la empresa Papeles del Cauca S.A, en donde primero se contextualiza el tema SCM que es el resultado de cambios originados desde el siglo pasado con los avances tecnológicos y socio culturales, y que hoy en día las empresas deben apuntar para lograr sus objetivos y ser mas competitivos. Yes que el supply chain management se origina como ese cambio de pasar del bloque productivo a un conjunto de bloques que se organizan para cumplir con sus estrategias propuestas.
