dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de este proyecto tiene como fin el diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el centro geriátrico hogar vida del municipio el Tarra Norte de Santander para el segundo semestre del año 2021, con la finalidad de identificar los factores de riesgo laborales como el riesgo físico y ergonómico en las auxiliares de enfermería y en el resto de personal que labora dentro del hogar y de esta manera tomar acciones preventivas y correctivas que mejoren estas condiciones. En Colombia el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) a partir del Decreto 1072 de 2015 obliga a todas las empresas implementarlo. Su objetivo es cuidar a los trabajadores, mejorando las condiciones de trabajo y su protección social. En el caso del centro geriátrico hogar vida del municipio el Tarra el SG-SST no ha sido implementado por múltiples factores y por ende se han aumentado los riesgos físicos como las posturas forzadas, el sobreesfuerzo por desplazamientos con los adultos mayores, sobrecarga cuando los ayudan a levantar o sentar, entre otros, y los riesgos ergonómicos por aplicar mucha fuerza en los pacientes con más peso que deben ser llevados de un lugar a otro, además de los movimientos repetitivos que surgen en la realización de cada actividad diaria en sus diferentes áreas de trabajo. Se diseña el SG-SST para esta organización con la finalidad de corregir los riesgos identificados durante el proyecto permitiendo a las auxiliares de enfermería y demás colaboradores realizar sus funciones con una mayor seguridad y resguardando su integridad física. Es muy importante mejorar las condiciones actuales de todos los trabajadores y de esta manera realizar programas de seguimiento y prevención logrando maximizar la realización de las diferentes funciones del personal en pro de cumplir con lo establecido en la normatividad legal vigente sobre el SG-SST.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of this project aims to design the occupational health and safety management system for the hogar vida geriatric center of the municipality of Tarra Norte de Santander for the second semester of the year 2021, in order to identify the factors occupational risk such as physical and ergonomic risk in nursing assistants and in the rest of the personnel who work within the home and in this way take preventive or corrective actions that improve these conditions. In Colombia, the occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) from Decree 1072 of 2015 obliges all companies to implement it. Its objective is to take care of workers, improving working conditions and their social protection. In the case of the Hogar Vida geriatric center in the municipality of el Tarra, the SG-SST has not been implemented due to multiple factors and therefore the physical risks have increased, such as forced postures, overexertion due to displacement with the elderly, overload when the elderly help to lift or sit, among others, and the ergonomic risks of applying a lot of force in patients with more weight when having to move them from one place to another, in addition to the repetitive movements that arise in the performance of each daily activity in its different work areas. The SG-SST is designed for this organization in order to correct the risks identified during the project, allowing nursing assistants and other collaborators to perform their functions with greater security and safeguarding their physical integrity. It is very important to improve the current conditions of all workers and in this way carry out monitoring and prevention programs, maximizing the performance of the different functions of the personnel in order to comply with the provisions of the current legal regulations on the SG-SST.
