dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio, se revisará inicialmente el manejo de calidad, ambiental, y seguridad en el trabajo, de la línea de lavado de autos, e insumos del lavado, con el fin de conocer el estado actual de la organización, para la implementación de acciones de mejora. Para ello se tendrá en cuenta los requisitos legales vigentes, y la verificación del cumplimiento general de las normas ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, e ISO 45001:2018.

dc.description.abstractenglishIn this study, the management of quality, environmental, and safety at work, of the car wash line, and washing supplies, will be initially reviewed, in order to know the current state of the organization, for the implementation of improvement actions. For this, the current legal requirements will be taken into account, and the verification of general compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and ISO 45001: 2018 standards.
