| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se encontrara la realización de una valoración sobre el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad e inocuidad con respeto a la normativa ISO 22000:2018junto con la realización de un programa de auditoria donde se alcanzaron algunos hallazgos en los cuales se precisa realizar gestiones correctivas, de mejora para dicho acontecimientos se hace obligatorio desenvolver planes de auditoria bajo las líneas de la normativa de ISO 19011:2018 en la cual se refiere las actividades que se llevaran a cabo en la auditoria en donde se comprobara la calidad de desempeño del sistema de gestión implementado. | |
