| dc.description.abstract | La empresa SCHOTF está enfocada en la elaboración de envases parenterales para la industria farmacéutica, donde, su principal objetivo es la fabricación de dichos envases bajo los estándares requeridos por los entes reguladores y cumpliendo con las especificaciones entregadas por sus clientes. SCHOTF cuenta con personal calificado y con alta experiencia, su infraestructura tiene un diseño adecuado para el desarrollo de las actividades. Pese a la alta demanda en la fabricación, la producción no puede suministrar aquellos productos que justo en este momento el cliente requiere, debido a inconvenientes presentados en el día a día por diferentes problemas tales como, herramientas innecesarias que no son utilizados y no aportan valor al proceso ocupando un espacio y creando desorden por acumulación, desperdicio de tiempo en búsqueda de elementos que son indispensables para los Set up. La propuesta en la aplicación de la mejora continua de las 5S y Kaisen en la empresa SCHOTF, se debe enfocar en la identificación de los materiales, orden, y la limpieza, con el fin de lograr la certificación de la norma ISO 9001: 15378 como garantía de calidad y servicio ante los clientes y entes gubernamentales. El principal objetivo de este proyecto es realizar inspecciones en la fabricación de área utilizando la metodología de las 5S y Kaisen, para identificar los principales problemas que afectan a la compañía de la productividad y la calidad del servicio. El proyecto se divide en tres etapas: 1. Marco teórico, donde se desarrollarán diferentes conceptos acerca de la metodología Lean Manufacturing. 2. Diagnóstico, donde se realizará un análisis por proceso para reconocer las principales causas que están reduciendo la eficiencia del área. 3. Análisis de datos históricos, a partir del diagnóstico, se realizará un análisis estadístico más detallado para identificar las actividades que presentaban variaciones negativas. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The company SCHOTF is focused on the preparation of parenteral containers for the pharmaceutical industry, where its main objective is the manufacture of said containers under the standards required by the regulatory entities and complying with the specifications provided by its clients. SCHOTF has qualified and highly experienced personnel, its infrastructure has an adequate design for the development of activities. Despite the high demand in manufacturing, production cannot supply those products that the customer requires right now, due to inconveniences presented on a daily basis by different problems such as unnecessary tools that are not used and do not add value. to the process occupying a space and creating disorder by accumulation, wasting time in search of elements that are essential for the Set up. The proposal in the application of the continuous improvement of the 5S and Kaisen in the SCHOTF company, should focus on the identification of materials, order, and cleanliness, in order to achieve the certification of the ISO 9001: 15378 standard as guarantee of quality and service to customers and government entities. The main objective of this project is to carry out inspections in the manufacturing area using the 5S and Kaisen methodology, to identify the main problems that affect the company's productivity and quality of service.
