dc.description.abstractEste documento presenta el instrumento para la implementación del sistema integrado de gestión para la empresa BEN-YA S.A.S. , en el proceso de comercialización y transformación de los residuos, se establece disposiciones para la aplicación de las normas ISO 14001 Y 9001 DE 2015, con el fin de mejorar aquellos aspectos que se consideran hallazgos en la empresa, mediante la adopción de requisitos que complementan el sistema de gestión integral, finalmente se presenta el cumplimiento total de los estándares requeridos.
