dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo está encaminado a determinar la problemática en Salud Pública, por Infecciones Respiratorias Agudas en el municipio de Tumaco, según lo descrito en el ASIS 2021. En la cual se toma como población objeto los niños y niñas de 0 a cinco años, donde se implementaran diferentes estrategias basadas en la socialización y ejecución del plan de desarrollo municipal, fortalecimiento de las actividades intervenciones y procedimientos en el PIC 2023, implementación de 46 unidades de atención de enfermedades respiratorias agudas comunitarias UAERAC/UAIRAC y actividades de promoción y prevención, las cuales permitirán actuar directamente en los determinantes sociales que intervienen directamente en esta enfermedad, fortalecer las capacidades y habilidades del recurso humano en salud, lideres comunitarios, padres y cuidadores. Todo esto con el objetivo de disminuir la morbimortalidad por IRA en este municipio, he impactar positivamente en el costo efectividad por esta enfermedad, puesto que la intervención en el primer nivel de atención evita que los niños con IRA lleguen a los servicios de segundo y tercer nivel de atención.

dc.description.abstractenglishThe following work is aimed at determining the public health problems caused by Acute Respiratory Infections in the municipality of Tumaco, as described in the ASIS 2021. In which children from 0 to five years old are taken as the target population, where different strategies will be implemented based on the socialization and execution of the municipal development plan, strengthening of activities, interventions and procedures in the PIC 2023, implementation of 46 units of care of community acute respiratory diseases UAERAC/UAIRAC and promotion and prevention activities, which will allow to act directly on the social determinants that are directly involved in this disease, strengthen the capacities and skills of human resources in health, community leaders, parents and caregivers. All this with the objective of reducing morbi-mortality due to ARI in this municipality and having a positive impact on the cost of the disease. I have a positive impact on the cost-effectiveness of this disease since the intervention at the first level of care prevents children with ARI from reaching the second and third level of care services.
