| dc.description.abstract | La revisión y reflexión constante de las propuestas pedagógicas y curriculares en la educación inicial bajo un enfoque curricular intercultural permite continuar en la transformación de este, respondiendo a las necesidades y dificultades que se presentan diariamente en el aula de clases con relación a las relaciones interpersonales que mantienen los niños y niñas frente a un mundo diverso y pluricultural. Este proyecto de investigación pretendió identificar el enfoque curricular intercultural en las propuestas pedagógicas y curriculares en la educación inicial del Colegio Quiroga Alianza IED. Se enmarco bajo un enfoque cualitativo, desde la etnografía educativa y técnicas de análisis documental y observación no participante. Los resultados permitieron evidenciar el nivel en que se encuentra desde un enfoque curricular intercultural la institución educativa en el nivel de preescolar, por lo cual se concluye que se deberá profundizar en experiencias pedagógicas y continuar transformando el currículo de modo que facilite a los niños y las niñas reconocerse a sí mismos, encontrar similitudes con los demás posibilitando una mejora en las relaciones interpersonales y disminuyendo las actitudes de rechazo y discriminación ante las diferencias. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The constant review and reflection on pedagogical and curricular proposals in early childhood education under an intercultural curricular approach allows for the continued transformation of it, addressing the daily needs and difficulties that arise in the classroom regarding the interpersonal relationships that children maintain in front of a diverse and multicultural world. This research project aimed to identify the intercultural curricular approach in the pedagogical and curricular proposals in early childhood education at the Quiroga Alianza IED School. It was framed under a qualitative approach, from educational ethnography and techniques of documentary analysis and non-participant observation. The results allowed us to demonstrate the level at which the educational institution at the preschool level is in terms of an intercultural curriculum approach. Therefore, it is concluded that it will be necessary to deepen pedagogical experiences and continue transforming the curriculum in such a way that it facilitates children to recognize themselves, find similarities with others, enabling an improvement in interpersonal relationships and reducing attitudes of rejection and discrimination towards differences.
