| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto tiene como fin mostrar principalmente, el Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación busca posibilitar que atraves del trabajo investigativo,se proponga una acción y acciones de fortalecimiento comunicacional en la Organización Hogar Santo Domingo de chiquinquira tiene como objetivo principal brindar herramientas y estrategias efectivas para fortalecer las conexiones y la colaboración entre los miembros de la comunidad. A través de esta investigación, se busca promover un ambiente de apoyo mutuo, solidaridad y comunicación eficiente, fomentando así el bienestar emocional y social de todos los involucrados. Los participantes aprenderán a desarrollar habilidades para establecer relaciones sólidas, facilitar la coordinación de actividades y potenciar el trabajo en equipo, con la finalidad de crear una red sólida y cohesionada que promueva el crecimiento personal y colectivo. Este diplomado se presenta como una oportunidad valiosa para fortalecer los lazos comunitarios, mejorar la convivencia y potenciar el sentido de pertenencia de los residentes del Hogar Santo Domingo, contribuyendo de manera significativa al desarrollo integral de la comunidad. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of the project is to show, mainly, the Diploma in Construction of Social Communication Networks seeks to enable through investigative work, an action and actions to strengthen communication in the Hogar Santo Domingo Organization of Chiquinquira, its main objective is to provide tools and effective strategies to strengthen connections and collaboration between community members. Through this research, we seek to promote an environment of mutual support, solidarity and efficient communication, thus promoting the emotional and social well-being of all those involved. Participants will learn to develop skills to establish solid relationships, facilitate the coordination of activities and enhance teamwork, with the aim of creating a solid and cohesive network that promotes personal and collective growth. This diploma is presented as a valuable opportunity to strengthen community ties, improve coexistence and enhance the sense of belonging of the residents of Hogar Santo Domingo, contributing significantly to the comprehensive development of the community.
