| dc.description.abstract | El documento presenta una propuesta de proyecto aplicado para diseñar una oficina de gestión de proyectos (PMO) para el Fondo Emprender del SENA regional Cesar, busca optimizar la formulación y gestión de proyectos y planes de negocios. La propuesta plantea el problema de la inadecuada formulación y gestión de proyectos, que afecta la viabilidad y el impacto de las iniciativas emprendedoras, justifica la importancia de abordar el problema, desde la perspectiva de la optimización de recursos, mejora de asesoría, generación de conocimiento y viabilidad de los proyectos. El objetivo de la propuesta es el diseño de una PMO en el fondo emprender regional Cesar, cuyo fin será apoyar la formulación de proyectos y el control eficaz de los mismos. Para el diseño se dicta la siguiente metodología: realizar un diagnóstico para medir el grado de madurez organizacional en gestión de proyectos y planes de negocios, una vez se realice el diagnóstico, se procede con el diseño. Se definirán las funciones que debe cumplir la PMO, organigrama, definición de los roles y responsabilidades y finalmente se planteará una estrategia para la implementación. | |
