| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se analiza las reacciones adversas por medicamentos homeopáticos y medicamentos tradicionales a base de plantas en un establecimiento farmacéutico y la implementación del programa de farmacovigilancia. Se presenta un proyecto de investigación donde se realiza la recolección con encuestas y se analiza la información para examinar las características de las variables y poder aportar con los resultados obtenidos para futuros estudios. Se trabajó con una muestra de 30 adultos mayores del municipio de Acacias, Meta, que compran productos homeopáticos o medicina natural en la droguería Dispar de la misma ciudad. Los resultados indican un alto grado de confianza por parte de los encuestados y logra reflejar que las personas de la tercera edad siguen con la tradición de utilizar medicamentos de origen natural. Aunque no conocen mucho del programa de farmacovigilancia, es importante que el usuario tenga conocimiento para evitar reacciones no deseadas. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this paper, we analyze the adverse reactions to homeopathic and traditional herbal medicines in a pharmaceutical establishment and the implementation of the pharmacovigilance program. A research project is presented in which the information is collected with surveys and analyzed to examine the characteristics of the variables and to be able to contribute with the results obtained for future studies. We worked with a sample of 30 older adults from the municipality of Acacias, Meta, who buy homeopathic products or natural medicine at the Dispar drugstore in the same city. The results indicate a high degree of confidence on the part of the respondents and reflect that the elderly continue with the tradition of using natural medicines. Although they do not know much about the pharmacovigilance program, it is important for the user to be aware of it in order to avoid unwanted reactions. | |
