| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo académico tipo ensayo crítico se describe la reflexión de la realidad experimentada por parte del suscrito, mediante la práctica en una organización social con principios participativos, con la aplicación de la metodología de investigación aplicada, en la comunidad juvenil del barrio la Ceiba participantes del programa Generación de Conquista, en la cual se evidenciaron problemas de diversa índole, realizando la estructuración de una estrategia comunicativa que permitió mitigar una de las problemáticas evidenciadas, dentro del desarrollo del Diplomado en Construcción de redes Sociales de Comunicación, aportando al fortalecimiento de este programa con la mejora en aspectos comunicativos y evidenciando problemas estructurales del programa que los lideres y la comunidad desconocían. | |
