| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal, exponer las diversas formas de comunicación de la administración municipal de Sucre (Cauca), identificando posibles debilidades o amenazas en comunicación interna o externa de la alcaldía con la población sucreña; a su vez, exponer las fortalezas comunicativas y posibles oportunidades para mejorar el flujo comunicacional de la administración con la población municipal. Lo anterior, se logró a través de un trabajo de campo e investigación participativa del estudiante en actividades de la OSP (Organización Social Participativa) en mención, para posteriormente, analizar de manera crítica la información obtenida por medio de la observación e investigación cualitativa y elaborar una propuesta de comunicación que ayude a solucionar las posibles dificultades encontradas en la comunicación interna de la organización. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The main objective of this project is to expose the various forms of communication used by the municipal administration of Sucre (Cauca), identifying potential weaknesses or threats in internal and external communication between the mayor's office and the Sucre population. In turn, it aims to expose the communicative strengths and potential opportunities to improve the communication flow between the administration and the municipal population. This was achieved through fieldwork and participatory research conducted by the student in activities of the aforementioned OSP (Participatory Social Organization). The information is obtained through observation and qualitative research was subsequently critically analyzed and develop a communication proposal that helps to solve possible difficulties encountered in the organization's internal communication. | |
