| dc.description.abstract | Realizando revisión del libro Grafico 9 Tipos de Innovación Social en Colombia, paginas 92 del libro: construyendo la innovación social (Jailler & otros, 2017), se puede determinar que la innovación que se está trabajando de manos capacitadas de la multinacional Sodimac Colombia, se identifica con una intervención directa en los fenómenos (proyectos de intervención), ya que esta está directamente relacionada y dirigida a beneficiar a las personas desde la individualidad y en un carácter colectivo, logrando por medio del mismo poder mejorar de forma significativa la calidad de vida de cada persona que hace parte de esta innovación generando así un impacto social positivo y beneficioso transformando así una igualdad de condiciones, igualdad social, una inclusión y una equidad humana. De esta forma se está trabajando en algo que es importante para el desarrollo de las personas, logrando así mejorar satisfactoria mente la salud mental de aquellos que de una u otra manera se han sentido vulnerados por las diferentes exclusiones que se le hacen aquellas personas que cuentan con necesidades especiales y que por esto no son valoradas y respetadas como deberían ser. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Carrying out a review of the book Graphic 9 Types of Social Innovation in Colombia, pages 92 of the book: building social innovation (Jailler & others, 2017), it can be determined that the innovation that is being worked on by the capable hands of the multinational Sodimac Colombia, is identified with a direct intervention in the phenomena (intervention projects), since this is directly related and aimed at benefiting people from individuality and in a collective character, achieving through it to significantly improve the quality of life of each person who is part of this innovation, thus generating a positive and beneficial social impact, thus transforming equality of conditions, social equality, inclusion and human equity. In this way, we are working on something that is important for the development of people, thus successfully improving the mental health of those who in one way or another have felt vulnerable due to the different exclusions that are made to those people with special needs and who for this reason are not valued and respected as they should be. | |
