| dc.description.abstract | La Atención Farmacéutica surge a principios de los años 60 con la práctica de la farmacia clínica, disciplina relacionada con la aplicación de las habilidades farmacéuticas para ayudar a maximizar la eficacia y minimizar los riesgos de la toxicidad de los medicamentos en los pacientes, esto ha permitido una transformación radical en cuanto a concepto, durante los últimos 50 años podemos percibir como una evolución que aun no ha terminado ,que a veces parece lenta y todavía no se ve con total claridad hacia donde nos lleva .
El presente proyecto se desarrolla en el marco espacial de los servicios farmacéuticos de la comuna 1 de la ciudad de Pasto, donde se pretende determinar la actitud del Regente de Farmacia frente al proceso especial de Atención Farmacéutica, un proceso de obligatorio cumplimiento en su prestación estipulado en la normatividad vigente, considerado como un objetivo primordial del servicio.
El proyecto busca exaltar la labor y el ejercicio farmacéutico, en una actividad de gran importancia para este profesional y de gran utilidad en el mejoramiento de la salud del usuario del medicamento. Por tanto la Atención Farmacéutica representa la respuesta profesional al reto de mejorar el acto farmacéutico de acuerdo a las directrices de la OMS. | spa |
