dc.description.abstract	This project of managerial development is based on the necessity of generating alternative economic in the region and at the same time to guarantee a new option of paper production highly through a process ecological and in the use of a matter he/she prevails easy to acquire and with some minimum costs, since the basic product for its production is the pineapple leaf, which is gotten in the same region and to part of that mixes with recycled paper optimizing this way the whole material that leaves toward the garbages and making to a side the paradigm that he/she says “to produce paper he/she needs to put an end to our trees” to guarantee this way the continuous production that you/they require the big paper producers.	spa

We also seek to give a push to the associations pineapple sembradoras that present a delicate one problematic which resides since in the time that delays a crop, the times is extensive and the investment is high, running in occasions the risk that a bad season arrives and it puts an end them to the crop losing this way its work capital. Something that explains more easily this is that the crop of the pineapple like such, it is longer (between 22 and 24 months) while the bloom of the leaves of pineapples is generated in 2 later months to its field. Then there this the guarantee that would come out to the associations pineapple sembradoras more profitable to only produce the leaf that to wait to that fruit flourishes. In this project we want to involve few people in their productive process, but if we want to give to know all the benefits of their setting in march, logically after a new study of markets and a previous consultantship of specialists in the topic since in the analyses of costs that were carried out in the previous semester their productive cost was high, the competition this better one structured and they have a trajectory in the field that facilitates them to consent to all the markets and the same time to offer more competitive and more difficult prices of equaling. But the importance of this project is that it is something new innovator and of here they can come off a quantity of ideas for the production, commercialization and paper distribution made with the pineapple leaf. For this project they have been kept in mind the consultantships and recommendations toasted by the psychologist or social worker of “the penitentiary the 40ª, Elizabeth Sarmiento and several prisoners of the patio 3 that study their condemnations in the shop of the penitentiary grants a doctorate and where have become several experiments about the form to produce the paper, finding that it is a very rudimentary or handmade process, because the facilities are small and the involved personnel cannot have access to another type of more technical material to part of the expense in that it is incurred. Arriving to us as students Unadistas the great restlessness…. would one be able to tecnificar and to make more efficient this process?... throwing this project as a result. It was also spoken with the President of the association of piñeros of Risaralda Mr. ALVARO MEJIA with headquarters in the property “YARIMA” in the sector of the chain in cerritos,(allí these registrations and additional information can be gotten about the pineapple) who explained to us clearly the time that lasts in flourishing a pineapple cultivation, the possible plagues that can end up falling to the cultivations, the system of fumigation etc., all these data have been of supreme importance to guide us toward where we want to arrive and to that are undergoing in the moment to make some agreement with them. We can say that if you can continue working in this project but it is needed of involving people that it really interests them and that they can give a true address in pro that if it can spend from the writings to the tangible facts and cuantificables giving a regional company as a result with a vision exporter and maintaining on all the things the ecological concept and of having recycled and therefore to avoid the massive pruning of trees in the whole world without forgetting the economic character as fundamental objective and irremplazable. SELECTION AND DEFINITION OF THE TOPIC The increase in the quantities of demanded paper for year, the current world and the demands of more oxygen and bigger conservation of the environment, security, well-being, the lack of reutilización of the paper, as matters cousins for the production of the same one, forces us to look for means tendientes to estimate the disposition of the natural resources. The project is guided to the use of a natural resource that has been always waste material in the garbages of the municipality, with the assembly of a plant of paper production with the help of the leaf of the pineapple, not well call “basket of the pineapple “. Every day it is observed in the trash cans of hills more than 10 canecas full with this material, which will finish in the municipal trash cans without dársele a productive use for the region. We also observe as every day the pruning of trees it increases for the paper production, causing serious damages to the nature, because the sources hídricas is extremely affected by the deforestation causing overflows at the same time in gulches and rivers in winter times.	spa
