| dc.description.abstract | Para analizar la situación de la Fundación Hogar San Francisco de Asís, del Municipio de Capitanejo, se tuvieron en cuenta aspectos relevantes como: Determinar cuales y en que condiciones se prestan los servicios a los ancianos desamparados mayores de 60 años; analizar el personal con que cuenta la institución para la prestación de los servicios requeridos por ancianos; establecer las necesidades generales para la atención integral de los ancianos; verificar la situación económica e identificar los programas y proyectos propuestos.
Así mismo, se utilizaron métodos investigativos como el histórico, explicativo, analítico y deductivo a los diversos aspectos que presentó la institución. A través del proceso de investigación se logró identificar, verificar, establecer y explicar las condiciones reales de funcionamiento en todos los aspectos de la fundación y así poder realizar un diagnóstico de la institución y buscar alternativas de solución a la problemática encontrada, basado en las debilidades, fortalezas, amenazas y oportunidades.
Para la recolección y análisis de información se aplicaron encuestas a las directivas de la institución, a las personas que laboran en la parte operativa y a la administración municipal. Además se aplicación otras fuentes de información como la observación directa, charlas informales y revisión de archivos. Lo anterior con el fin de obtener datos veraces y para complementar la presentación del informe, se recurrió a la toma de fotografías.
La población objeto de este diagnóstico realizado a la Fundación Hogar San Francisco de Asís son 34 ancianos internos, 10 ancianos externos que reciben la atención en la Fundación y 3 trabajadoras que son las encargadas de atender las necesidades básicas de los ancianos.
El sostenimiento de la Fundación se básica en las contribuciones voluntarias que hace frecuentemente la comunidad, ya que ésta se vincula y apoya las actividades que las directivas del hogar lideran.
La Fundación Hogar San Francisco de Asís ha contribuido a solucionar un problema social que aqueja al Municipio de Capitanejo y sus áreas vecinas. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | To analyze the situation of the Foundation Home San Francisco from Assisi, of the Municipality of Capitanejo, they were kept in mind outstanding aspects as: To determine which and in that condition the services they are lent to the abandoned old men bigger than 60 years; to analyze the personnel with which it counts the institution for the benefit of the services required by old men; to establish the general necessities for the integral attention of the old men; to verify the economic situation and to identify the programs and proposed projects.
Likewise, investigative methods were used as the historical, explanatory, analytic and deductive to the diverse aspects that it presented the institution. Through the investigation process it was possible to identify, to verify, to settle down and to explain the real conditions of operation in all the aspects of the foundation and this way to be able to carry out a diagnosis of the institution and to look for alternative of solution to the opposing problem, based on the weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities.
For the gathering and analysis of information surveys were applied to the directive of the institution, to people that work in the operative part and to the municipal administration. Also you application other sources of information like the direct observation, you talk informal and revision of files. The above-mentioned with the purpose of obtaining truthful data and to supplement the presentation of the report, it was appealed to the taking of pictures.
The population object of this diagnosis carried out to the Foundation Home San Francisco from Assisi is 34 internal old men, 10 external old men that receive the attention in the Foundation and 3 workers that are those in charge of assisting the basic necessities of the old men.
The maintenance of the Foundation you basic in the voluntary contributions that he/she makes the community frequently, since this is linked and it supports the activities that the directive of the home lead.
