| dc.description.abstract | El sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo SG-SST, busca mejorar la calidad de vida laboral, logrando una reducción de los costos generados por los accidentes y las enfermedades laborales, y mejorar la calidad de los servicios y generar ambientes sanos para los que trabajan allí. El interés es suministrar los recursos necesarios para responder a las demandas de la población trabajadora respecto a su salud y el medio ambiente laboral. La POLICIA NACIONAL, presenta las estrategias derivadas para el cumplimiento del plan de trabajo buscando gestionar de la mejor manera la seguridad y salud de los uniformados y lograr mantener su bienestar físico, mental y social contribuyendo a disminuir las posibles enfermedades laborales y accidentes de trabajo y dando cumplimiento a la normatividad legal vigente en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. | spa |
