| dc.description.abstract | El gobierno Colombiano, a través del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP) y el Seguimiento a Proyectos de Inversión (SPI), ha hecho uso de herramientas digitales para facilitar el acercamiento a la información que concierne a la ejecución de los recursos de los que dispone, destinados a proyectos inversión pública, no bastante, sigue habiendo una brecha entre el estado real y los datos que son publicados en las páginas Web, dificultando que las comunidades (stakeholders) y demás interesados, tengan conocimiento cierto y control sobre los proyectos que les atañen.
Este trabajo de grado, busca cumplir con el objetivo principal de desarrollar una herramienta interactiva que facilite a los interesados, la veeduría pertinente de los proyectos de Inversión del sector de Inclusión social y Reconciliación en ejecución durante el periodo de enero a junio de 2018 que se encuentran en seguimiento por el DNP a través del portal SPI, como respuesta a la pregunta de ¿Cuál sería la herramienta más favorable para facilitar la veeduría ciudadana de los proyectos de Inclusión social y reconciliación ejecutados en el periodo comprendido entre enero y junio de 2018 que se encuentran publicados en Seguimiento de Proyectos de Inversión del Departamento Nacional de Planeación?.
Para dicho propósito se plantea una herramienta interactiva, que permite a través de una Web app, una búsqueda más amena y accesible de la información sobre proyectos de inversión y, además, la retroalimentación de los stakeholders. Para el prototipo, se escogieron 42 proyectos pertenecientes al sector de Inclusión Social y Reconciliación, que se encontraban en ejecución

durante el periodo de enero a junio de 2018 y se desarrolló una base de datos madre bajo la que se organizó la información que alimentaba los parámetros de la app.
Es necesario que las comunidades interesadas, se comprometan a hacer veeduría sobre los proyectos destinados a su beneficio, el Gobierno Nacional a través del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, puede verse favorecido al conocer la opinión de los stakeholders y de esta manera ser más eficientes en la gestión de los proyectos, así como en la rendición de cuentas y la vigilancia de los recursos destinados a inversión social. | spa |
