dc.description.abstract	El objetivo del trabajo que se presenta a continuación es dar a conocer el Plan de responsabilidad Social Empresarial de la empresa Plateña G&G Ltda, teniendo en cuenta la situación actual y los diferentes aspectos ambientales, de manera, que se puedan crear estrategias que aportarán valor a la organización. El PRS se construye desde la gerencia estratégica partiendo desde la identificación del impacto económico, social y ambiental; este radica en la necesidad de establecer una visión, misión y los valores corporativos que identificarán a la empresa Plateña G&G Ltda. frente a sus competidores; así mismo, incluye un código de conducta que se compromete a seguir la empresa en la dirección, procesos y desarrollo de la misma; igualmente juegan un papel muy importante los Stakeholders quienes permiten identificar los actores claves que se relacionan y se van a ver afectados directa e indirectamente con las decisiones de la empresa Plateña G&G Ltda; apoyados de la matriz influencia impacto, finalmente se propone el modelo de gestión de RSE más eficaz para la empresa. A través del Diplomado de Gerencia Estratégica se diseñará un Plan de Responsabilidad Social; con la aplicación de las diferente herramientas que ofrecen podemos construir estrategias de RSE que aporten al fortalecimiento de la empresa, al bienestar de la comunidad y de sus empleados, con el fin de disminuir el impacto que se pueda generar y brindar mejoras continuas, logrando así concientizar a los actores internos y externos quienes son la razón de ser de la compañía.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	The goal of the present work is to announce the Social Responsability business Plan of the Plateña G&G Ltda. Company, taking into account the actual situation and the different environmental aspects, so it can be created stretegies wich can aport value to the organization. The PRS is built by the stretegic gerency starting from the identification of the economic, social and enviromental impact; this lies in the need of establish a vision, mission and the corporative values wich are the ones whose the company Plateña G&G Ltda. is going to get identify. Front their competitors. at the sam way, includes a conduct code that is compromised to follow the company into the direction, process and development of the same, equally the Stakeholders play a very important rol whose let identify the actors of the keys that are related and ir seems affected direct and inderectly with the decissions of the company Plateña G&G Ltda. supported by the matriz ipact influence, finally to propose the management model of RSE more eficent for the company. Through the Estreteguc Gerency Diplomat it would be designed a Social Responsability business Plan; with the aplication of the different tools that offer we can built of RSE wuich can aport to the strengthening of the company, the wellnes of the community and their employees, all of this with the goal of decrease the impact wich can be generate and bring better stuff continually, achieving awareness to the interns actors and extern wich are the reason of the company.	spa
