dc.description.abstract	El municipio de Pitalito, llamado la estrella vial del sur colombiano, epicentro comercial del sur de Colombia, Puerta de la Biosfera, Cuna de Montadores y caballos de Paso Fino, además de posicionarse a nivel nacional como Primer Productor de Café Especial, cuna de artesanos, artistas y escritores, sin embargo su infraestructura vial, equipamiento educativo y salud, ser un territorio receptor de población desplazada ya sea por la violencia o por otros factores como lo fue la avalancha de Mocoa; por lo que se requiere identificar los factores de cambio, que bajo la forma de tendencias, rupturas y hechos portadores de futuro, para proyectar al Municipio de Pitalito como un territorio de paz. En el estudio se realizará a través del enfoque prospectivo, y de esta manera proyectar el Municipio de Pitalito como región debe buscar su ventaja competitiva, desarrollando una marca propia de región que le permita diferenciarse de otras, para ello debe identificar cuáles son los factores de cambio, que, bajo la forma de tendencias, rupturas y hechos portadores de futuro, proyectarse estratégicamente y competitivamente.	spa
