dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado está enmarcado en la propuesta de optimización del sistema de información que permitirá el mejoramiento de la accesibilidad a la información al usuario del SITM Transcaribe S.A., esto dado que actualmente el sistema es ineficiente para la prestación del servicio por la deficiencia en la información, accesibilidad e infraestructura del SITM, por lo tanto se pretende mejorar la calidad para todos aquellos usuarios que utiliza un transporte urbano y colectivo mejorando los tiempos de desplazamiento, calidad y tipo de información que se muestra en estaciones, paradas y buses, construcción de paraderos óptimos teniendo en cuenta el factor climático que presenta la Ciudad, siendo esto una oportunidad para que el ciudadano enfatizando en las personas más vulnerables, así como turistas y locales, dispongan de informaciones y señalizaciones claras en todo el recorrido de su ruta y medio de trasporte para llegar a su destino lo que ayuda al incremento en la utilización de este servicio de transporte. El proyecto está enmarcado en el tipo de investigación proyectiva, el cual se basa en la recolección de información mixta (documental y campo) para su estructuración. Se emplearon una serie de técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos, específicamente el análisis de fuentes documentales, la observación directa y las entrevistas no estructuradas.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	The current work targets the optimization of the information system that will allow improving the accessibility to the information to the user of the SITM Transcaribe SA, this given that currently, the system is inefficient for the provision of the service due to the deficiency in the information, accessibility, and infrastructure of the SITM. Therefore, it is meant to improve the quality for all those users who use urban and collective transport, to improve travel times, quality and type of information displayed in stations, stops and the number of buses, taking into account the climatic factor that the City shows. it depicts an opportunity for the citizen, highlighting the most vulnerable people, as well as tourists and locals, to have clear information and signs throughout their route and means of transportation to reach the desire destination which encourages commuters to increase the use of this transport service. The project is framed in the type of projective research, which is based on the collection of mixed information (documentary and field) for its structuring. A series of data collection methods and instruments were used, specifically the analysis of documentary sources, direct observation, and unstructured interviews.	spa
