dc.description.abstract	La implementación de la 5´S en áreas comunes es parte del mejoramiento dispuesto para la empresa B. Braun Surgical que en este caso se enfocara en el desplazamiento dentro de las diferentes áreas de la compañía, obteniendo de este modo que el personal al cambio de turno no se acumule en vestieres y esclusas, velando así que se cumpla con el distanciamiento social. Con esta implementación se genera un comité que observara detenidamente como se puede clasificar los elementos que se encuentran dentro de las áreas comunes utilizando tarjetas de color rojo donde se anotara si son útiles, si se pueden quitar de estos espacios o si se pueden mejorar, ya teniendo esta clasificación se empezara a ordenar y limpiar las áreas realizando los cambios generados se mantengan y no por falta de comunicación se vuelvan a hábitos anteriores; se esperara un tiempo y se realizara una auditoria donde se analizaran las mejoras hechas y ver si son correctas y que el personal las siga cumplimiento al pasar del tiempo o de lo contrario volver a reorganizar las mejoras para cumplir con el objetivo de mantener el distanciamiento y evitar las aglomeraciones.

With this implementation, a committee is generated that will carefully observe how the elements that are within the common areas can be classified using red cards where it will be noted if they are useful, if they can be removed from these spaces or if they can be improved, already Having this classification, the areas will begin to be sorted and cleaned, making the changes generated are maintained and not due to lack of communication will they return to previous habits; a time will be waited and an audit will be carried out where the improvements made will be analyzed and see if they are correct and that the staff follow them compliance over time or otherwise reorganize the improvements to meet the objective of maintaining distance and avoid crowds.
