| dc.description.abstract | Con este proyecto analizaremos la situación financiera de la empresa Ecopetrol S.A, revisando su información financiera, realizando un análisis a sus indicadores. Los periodos a analizar corresponden a 2018, 2019 y 2020 donde nos concentraremos en el mercado financiero para la identificación de los respectivos instrumentos y herramientas que genera un adecuado manejo de sus recursos, a través de la administración eficiente de los flujos de efectivo, gastos y costos y demás prácticas que generen un valor adicional a la compañía.
El análisis que se realizo va enfocado en la toma de decisiones adecuadas para un óptimo rendimiento de los recursos que tiene y genera la empresa, entre ellos el de generar utilidades y de mantenerse fuerte y competitivo en los mercados internacionales. De esta manera y teniendo en cuenta que el año 2020 fue muy difícil para todas las empresas del mundo y Ecopetrol no fue la excepción, las decisiones que se tomen de aquí en adelante son de absoluta responsabilidad y deben ir enfocadas a la transformación de la empresa.
Dentro del análisis se logrará caracterizar los instrumentos de inversión, financiación, negociación y cobertura que emplea la compañía y de esta manera identificar y establecer las deficiencias y los aciertos brindando así unos resultados y unas recomendaciones que se encuentren para el desarrollo de la actividad. De esta manera la compañía podrá medir el impacto y su influencia en la economía local, regional y mundial. | |
