dc.description	This document begins by showing some of the problems that have made difficult the establishment of a research methodology for the arts, making an approach to the relationship between scientific knowledge and creative thinking. Subsequently, some of the justifications necessary for the development of a process of knowledge construction are presented. In conclusion, the text will propose, based on different considerations of the nature of art, some specific characteristics and categories for the development of "Research - Creation" processes.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo inicia con la presentación de algunas problemáticas que han dificultado el establecimiento de una metodología de investigación específica de las artes, mediante una aproximación a la relación entre conocimiento científico y pensamiento creativo. Posteriormente, se expone la justificación de un proceso propio de construcción del conocimiento. A manera de conclusión, el texto propone algunas características específicas y categorías para el desarrollo de procesos de investigación-creación, a partir de diferentes consideraciones acerca de la naturaleza del arte.	es-ES
