dc.description.abstract	En este trabajo se ha desarrollado undiagnóstico de la problemática de la creación de plataformas digitales de transporte al gremio taxista que afecta en la ciudad de barranquilla la cual es una ciudad poblada y desarrollada donde se han manifestado las afectaciones competitivas al gremio taxista debido a la preferencia de los usuarios a este servicio de transporte la cual es tecnológico y moderno. La realidad es que los cambios actuales de consumo constituyen un reto para el gremio taxista que es muy afectado no solo por el tipo de competencia que tienen sino también con las deficientes prestaciones sociales y poco dignas para su trabajo, esto es debido al estado y a la mala organización del mismo gremio. Es bueno considerar o empezar a ver este problema como una oportunidad de reinvención, es decir no mirando como desaparecer a estas plataformas del mercado, sino como competir con ellas desde la legalidad dándole un valor agregado desde el punto de vista de los taxistas. Existe una necesidad la movilidad de los ciudadanos, y aquí nace la verdadera pregunta: Antes que existieran estos tipos de plataformas en Colombia ¿podían los taxis acaparar toda la demanda y ofrecer un excelente servicio? A continuación, se responden estos interrogantes para encontrar soluciones con el proyecto de grado como estudiante de Administración de empresas de la UNAD.

dc.description.abstractenglish	In this work, a diagnosis has been developed of the problem of the creation of digital transport platforms to the taxi driver guild that affects the city of Barranquilla which is a populated and developed city where the competitive effects on the taxi driver guild have been manifested due to the preference of users to this transport service which is technological and modern. The reality is that the current changes in consumption they constitute a challenge for the taxi driver guild that is very affected not only by the type of competition they have but also with the deficient social benefits and unworthy for their work, this is due to the state and the bad organization of the same guild. It is good to consider or begin to see this problem as an opportunity for reinvention, that is, not looking at how to disappear these platforms from the market, but how to compete with them from the legality giving it an added value from the point of view of taxi drivers. There is a need for the mobility of citizens, and here the real question arises: Before these types of platforms existed in Colombia, could taxis monopolize all the demand and offer an excellent service? These questions are answered below to find solutions with the degree project as a student of Business Administration of the UNAD.
