| dc.description.abstract | Dentro de la configuración empresarial nos encontramos con que las organizaciones además de tener una estructura de liderazgo y acciones orientadas a la producción, así como también el hecho de orientar cada una de estas acciones a normativas medioambientales preestablecidas con el estándar ISO. De acuerdo a lo anterior, el presente plan de desarrollo estratégico busca establecer una serie de referencias, estrategias y acciones que conduzcan a los principios de la RSE en la empresa de seguranza Seguros del Estado, mediante dicho plan se busca establecer un protocolo de acción donde se conceptualice en una primera instancia los fines y objetivos de la RSE, del mismo modo, comprender la importancia de la producción limpia dentro de las organizaciones, el desarrollo del marco institucional, los objetivos y fines del plan estratégico, así como también el mapeo de todas las acciones que deben emprenderse desde el circuito de stakeholders, empleados, empresarios y directiva de la organización a fin de validar el plan que cumpla “Responsabilidad Social Empresarial” e influencia dentro del espacio físico actuante. | |
