| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar la situación financiera de Tecnoglass Inc. mediante la evaluación y revisión de la información contable en sus últimos tres periodos, y como afecta este en la toma de decisiones de la empresa dedicada a la elaboración de diferentes tipos de vidrio.
Al realizar el correcto análisis e interpretación de los estados de situación financiera y los respectivos indicadores permite alcanzar una mayor efectividad al momento de tomar decisiones las cuales su objetivo principal se basa en el crecimiento y desarrollo económico sostenible e innovador de la empresa llevándola a su reconocimiento nacional e internacional.
Para ello cabe resaltar que es de gran importancia contar con información veraz y oportuna para que la toma de decisiones sea la adecuada, así mismo la importancia de vigilar eficazmente la información financiera de la empresa, si la función del análisis no opera con transparencia quienes requieran la información no tendrá los suficiente datos para trabajar y como resultado final la información no será concisa y real afectando las utilidades y/o asumiendo riesgos innecesarios que finalmente afectara a la empresa.
Al controlar el análisis de los estados de situación financiera creamos una amplia visión de presente, pasado y futuro de la empresa que beneficia la toma de decisiones y a quienes estén interesados en invertir. | |

By carrying out the correct analysis and interpretation of the statements of financial position and the respective indicators, it allows achieving greater effectiveness when making decisions, whose main objective is based on the growth and sustainable and innovative economic development of the company, leading it to its recognition. National and international.
For this, it should be noted that it is of great importance to have accurate and timely information so that decision-making is adequate, as well as the importance of effectively monitoring the financial information of the company, if the analysis function does not operate with transparency, those who require the information will not have enough data to work and as a final result the information will not be concise and real, affecting profits and/or assuming unnecessary risks that will ultimately affect the company.
By controlling the analysis of the statements of financial position, we create a broad vision of the present, past and future of the company that benefits decision-making and those who are interested in investing.
