| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe tiene como objetivo presentar un resumen de las actividades realizadas
durante el período de la pasantía llevada a cabo en el Secretariado Pastoral de la Diócesis de
Riohacha. Esta pasantía se realizó como parte de mi formación en la carrera de Contaduría
Pública, con la finalidad de aplicar y reforzar los conocimientos adquiridos en el campo laboral y
contribuir al área contable y financiera de la institución. Durante el transcurso de cuatro meses,
se llevaron a cabo diversas acciones con el fin de completar las actividades establecidas en el
plan de trabajo de la pasantía. Estas acciones se centraron en tres áreas principales: Actualización
y Revisión del Inventario, diligenciamiento de Informes Contables y Financieros, organización y
Archivo de Documentos Contables y Financieros. Este informe refleja la importancia de aplicar
los mecanismos administrativos-contables en un contexto práctico y destaca el valor de esta
experiencia en mi formación profesional. Agradezco profundamente la oportunidad brindada por
el Secretariado Pastoral de la Diócesis de Riohacha. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of this report is to present a summary of the activities carried out during the
internship period at the Pastoral Secretariat of the Diocese of Riohacha. This internship was
carried out as part of my training in the career of Public Accounting, with the purpose of
applying and reinforcing the knowledge acquired in the labor field and contributing to the
accounting and financial area of the institution. During the course of four months, several actions
were carried out in order to complete the activities established in the internship work plan. These
actions focused on three main areas: Inventory Update and Review: A thorough update and
review of the inventory of assets and resources of the Diocese of Riohacha was carried out. This
allowed me to keep an accurate record of available resources, applying the accounting principles
acquired during my academic training. Preparation of Accounting and Financial Reports,
organization and Archiving of Accounting and Financial Documents. This report reflects the
importance of applying administrative-accounting mechanisms in a practical context and
highlights the value of this experience in my professional formation. I am deeply grateful for the
opportunity provided by the Pastoral Secretariat of the Diocese of Riohacha. | |
