| dc.description.abstract | Teniendo como finalidad abordar temas importantes para Diplomado de Profundización en Finanzas, razón a ello se realizó un Diagnóstico financiero de la empresa CATERPILLAR estudiando y conociendo su historia, evolución, estructura y finanzas, conforme a ello se abordó y estableció una problemática de la empresa a estudiar cómo son los FRAUDES DENTRO DE LA CORPORACION según informes adelantados por entes de control.
La empresa CATERPILLAR empresa dedicada a la fabricación de maquinaria pesada y de otras soluciones de ingeniería, provee servicios y soluciones en todo el mundo y es una empresa pública cotizada en la bolsa de valores de Nueva York, Analizado el estado financiero de la empresa, durante la vigencia de los año (2020, 2021 y 2022) resultados importantes donde se evidencia una gran labor puesto que su crecimiento ha demostrado una gran sostenibilidad en el mercado, pero dejando un sin sabor por los errores cometidos a la hora de una revisión fiscal donde se han conocido ocultamientos y estrategias para evitar impuestos o simplemente engaño fiscal. | |
