dc.description.abstractSe presentan las políticas públicas de educación en Colombia a partir de una revisión de masas documentales y su pertinencia en el financiamiento y la gestión docente de la educación superior. Durante décadas se han originado cambios y reformas al sistema educativo colombiano, cuando hablamos de educación entendemos por el proceso de interacción entre individuos con el objetivo de aprender, y adquirir conocimientos que gestionen su desarrollo tanto personal como profesional. Las políticas públicas son el objeto que defiende los diferentes actores involucrados en asuntos de índole publica y que estos dan buen uso a los recursos y prácticas en función de intereses públicos.

dc.description.abstractenglishPublic education policies in Colombia are presented based on a review of documentary masses and their relevance in the financing and teaching management of higher education. For decades, changes and reforms have been brought about in the Colombian educational system, when we talk about education we understand the process of interaction between individuals with the aim of learning, and acquiring knowledge that manages their personal and professional development. Public policies are the object defended by the different actors involved in matters of a public nature and that they make good use of resources and practices based on public interests. The different laws that underpin education in Colombia refer to social problems that have a broad impact on the management of education in Colombia, which makes it necessary to quickly create solutions to the different challenges and thus provide timely attention to the citizen, ensuring an improvement in quality with the aim that the population has more and better educational conditions and opportunities. to the proper development of basic competencies, to the decentralization of education and to institutional autonomy through the management and administration of the public policies implemented.
