dc.description	This working Paper presents the general process to carry out the risk analysis of industrial machines, indicating the main characteristics and definitions of the preventive measures of the security functions implemented through the ISO 13849-1:2015 standard, made up of the logic subsystems, input and output. The methodology proposed in ISO 12100:2010, allows to establish the limits of a machine, the dangers related to the operation. Establishing five levels of PL benefit, from the lowest PLa to the highest Ple. Through probabilities of dangerous failure, with which the reduction of the risk of the machine and the operator.	en
dc.description	Este working Paper presenta el proceso general para realizar el  análisis de riesgos de máquinas industriales, indicando las principales características y definiciones de las medidas preventivas de las funciones de seguridad implementadas mediante la norma ISO 13849-1:2015, conformadas por los subsistemas de lógica, entrada y salida. La metodología planteada en la ISO 12100:2010, permite establecer los límites de una máquina, los peligros relacionados con el funcionamiento.  Estableciendo cinco niveles de prestación PL, del más bajo PLa, al más alto Ple. Mediante probabilidades de fallo peligroso, con las cuales se alcanza la reducción del riesgo de la máquina y del operario.	es
