dc.description	The objective of this work is to carry out the study on the advances of the right to health that the Supreme Court has made on new jurisprudential contributions, compared with the criteria that have also been issued by analogous constitutional courts such as the Italian constitutional court and the German, which have ruled on issues of the right to individual and collective health, thus the vision of this study has two effects, first, the comparison of the way in which the most advanced European constitutional courts have ruled on the health issues, and on the other hand, also see how Mexico has been at the forefront in the defense of health rights through the jurisprudential contributions that the Supreme Court of Justice has pronounced.	en
dc.description	El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo llevar a cabo el estudio sobre los avances del derecho a la salud que la Suprema Corte ha hecho sobre nuevos aportes jurisprudenciales, comparados con los criterios que también han sido emitidos por análogos tribunales constitucionales como son el tribunal constitucional Italiano y el Alemán, los cuales se han pronunciado en temas de derecho a la salud individual y colectivo, así la visión de este estudio tiene dos efectos, en un sentido, la comparativa de la forma en como los tribunales constitucionales europeos más avanzados se han pronunciado sobre los temas de salud, y por otro lado, también ver como México se ha puesto a la vanguardia en la defensa de los derechos de la salud a través de los aportes jurisprudenciales en los cuales la Suprema Corte de Justicia se ha pronunciado.	es
