| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación para el desarrollo busca darle voz a quienes no la tienen, generar un sentido de apropiación en las comunidades mediante la participación y el acceso, por su parte, las redes libres tienen como eje central el cierre de brechas digitales, humanizar la tecnología, la conjunción de las dos, le da paso al surgimiento de las redes comunitarias, el objetivo principal de esta investigación, fue analizar los elementos conceptuales y metodológicos de la comunicación para el desarrollo, y cómo estos dinamizan el cierre de brechas digitales en la implementación de redes comunitarias por parte del colectivo Red Fusa Libre, para alcanzar este objetivo, se planteó una metodología con enfoque cualitativo, de alcance descriptivo y diseño hermenéutico, el desarrollo de la investigación se basó en la revisión de autores y observación al proyecto San Pablo Libre, de los elementos a destacar se encontró el cambio social, la apropiación social del conocimiento generado al interior de la comunidad, y el cierre de brechas digitales, se concluye que la comunicación para el desarrollo al ser un proceso intrínseco en toda actividad humana, se puede dar de manera natural en un proyecto de naturaleza comunitaria. | |
