| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación-acción tiene como fin mejorar ostensiblemente las redes sociales de comunicación interna que existen en la organización social participativa “Fundación Baudilio Acero” para beneficio de la comunidad perteneciente(personal administrativo, equipo psicosocial, entre otros) a través del reconocimiento de las redes sociales de comunicación que existen como el buzón de sugerencias, la cartelera informática y el círculo de confianza. La puesta en práctica de dinámicas comunicativas para el fortalecimiento comunicacional de la organización mediante la participación directa del investigador en las actividades dinámicas y participativas llevadas a cabo por la organización social participativa con la finalidad de mejorar las redes sociales existentes entre administrativos, equipo psicosocial, padres de familia y comunidad; Esta investigación-acción se puede poner en práctica gracias a la información brindada por la misma fundación en cada una de las entrevistas llevadas a cabo y extraída de la observación participante realizada por el investigador. | |
