Description:	Through a bibliographical cartography, their conceptual analysisand the study of some model e-learning, this project analyzesthe incorporation of the technologies of the information and thecommunication in the processes of superior education in order todefining a model of transformation of education programs at distance to virtual programs (e-learning). A model was defined of diagnose to establish the conditions and the state of the institution, you builds a proposal of model e-learning for transformation and the strategy of implementation, approaching each stage from three components: the organizational one, the pedagogic one and the technological. Finally the design of a pilot course socialization model, aimed at teaching and administrative community was conducted. A través de una cartografía bibliográfica, su análisis conceptual y el estudio de algunos modelos e-learning, se analiza la incorporación de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en los procesos de educación superior, con el objeto de definir un modelo de transformación de programas de educación a distancia a programas virtuales (e-learning). Se realizó el diagnóstico para establecer las condiciones y el estado de la institución, se construyó una propuesta de modelo e-learning para transformación y la estrategia de implementación, abordando cada etapa desde tres componentes: el organizacional, el pedagógico y el tecnológico. Se realizó el diseño de un curso piloto de socialización del modelo, dirigido a la comunidad docente y administrativa.
