| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este proyecto investigativo, presenta una propuesta de acción participativa, para el Diplomado de Desarrollo Humano y Familia de la de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD. Con el propósito de realizar una mirada Colectiva a las realidades humanas en las comunidades abordadas, enfatizándose en las Familias, el cual el objetivo principal fue identificar el protagonismo e importancia que tiene el núcleo familiar como factor protector de fenómenos sociales y como agente autogestionador de su realidad social.
Se pretende a través del ejercicio investigativo realizar una mirada colectiva correlacionando los fenómenos sociales de cada municipio abordado, logrando identificar las convergencias en las causas y consecuencias como también en las problemáticas, evidenciándose que aun existen políticas públicas, leyes que buscan promocionar y prevenir las problemáticas sociales abordadas. El tejido familiar colombiano no es intervenido de manera directa y no se le da la importancia que se merece el concepto de familia a nivel nacional. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The developuent of this investigating Project, present a proposal of participate action for a course certificate of human and family development of the open and far away national university UNAD. With the porpuse of take a collective look to the human realities in the communities specially in the families, the main objective was to identify the protagonism and importance that has the center of the family as to a protector factor of social phenomenon and as an autonegotiator of their social reality.
It pretents througt out the investigative exercise to take a good look gathering all the social phenomenon of each town chosen, obtain in the identification of the convergence of the causes and collateral damage also in the problems, shoeing that still have exist public politics, and laws that are looking to promote and prevent the social problems that we had talked. The Colombia family is not intervene in a direct way and nobody gives them importance that they deserve for the concept of family in a national level. | spa |
