| dc.description.abstract | La propuesta “Narrativas de reflexión para la Construcción de Relaciones Equitativas en
las 30 familias del grado 302. J.T. del Colegio Público Industrial Piloto, Bogotá.” es una
alternativa de solución con alto índice de viabilidad, pues está articulada a las política
Pública mujer y equidad de género y al trabajo educativo de una institución pública y
está visibilizando una problemática generalizada que ha sido alimentada socialmente por la
cultura , esta problemática es el constructo social de las dinámicas familiares basadas en
relaciones inequitativas de poder y subordinación, cuya causa principal es la discriminación
de género.
Se quiere reconocer en el lenguaje cotidiano micro-violencias generadas por los mandatos
de género y por los estereotipos problemáticos de género para visibilizar y llevar a una
toma de conciencia que abre esperanza a una nueva feminidad y a una nueva masculinidad.
La metodología que recrea esta propuesta es la narrativa con enfoque sistémico, donde los
autores teniendo en cuenta su singularidad y subjetividad externalizan las diversas
interrelaciones que tienen dentro del nicho familiar, a su vez, teniendo en cuenta el
enfoque IAP, se permite reconocer la voz de los autores y en grupo interpretar realidades
que determinan la problemática y en diálogo participativo buscar alternativas de solución. | spa |

Bogotá." Is an alternative solution with a high degree of feasibility, since it is
articulated to the public policies of women and Gender equality and the educational
work of a public institution and is making visible a generalized problem that has
been socially fueled by culture, this problem is the social construct of family
dynamics based on inequitable relations of power and subordination, whose main
cause is the gender discrimination.
We want to recognize in everyday language micro-violence generated by gender

awareness that opens hope to a new femininity and a new masculinity.
