| dc.description.abstract | En el primer trimestre del año 2017 respecto al mismo periodo de 2016, el Producto Interno
Bruto (PIB) del país, creció un 1,1%; debido en gran parte al aumento del valor agregado de la rama conformada por: agricultura, ganadería, caza, silvicultura y pesca, la cual aumentó en 7,7%. Estas cifras reflejan la importancia que los productores agropecuarios tienen en la economía nacional.
Este hecho hace vital, trabajar con la población agropecuaria de municipios como Cota en Cundinamarca, ubicado a tan sólo 26 km de la capital; el cual era conocido antiguamente como la “despensa de la sabana”, por ser una zona ampliamente agrícola y en menor proporción pecuaria que hoy en día abastece gran parte del mercado de Bogotá y alrededores.
La presente investigación, muestra el análisis de la actual normatividad nacional y local en beneficio de los productores agropecuarios y la propuesta de un proyecto aplicado trabajado en conjunto con campesinos y la administración municipal en búsqueda del fortalecimiento de este gremio. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the first quarter of 2017 compared to the same period in 2016, the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 1.1%; due largely to the increase in the value added of the branch made up of agriculture, livestock, hunting, forestry and fishing, which increased by 7.7%. These figures reflect the importance that agricultural producers have in the national economy.
This fact makes it vital to work with the agricultural population of municipalities such as Cota in Cundinamarca, located only 26km from the capital; which was formerly known as the "pantry of the savannah", because it is a large agricultural area and with a small proportion of livestock that nowadays supplies much of the Bogotá market and its surrounding areas.
The present research shows the analysis of current national and local regulations for the benefit of agricultural producers and the proposal of an applied project working together with peasants and the municipal administration in search of strengthening this guild. | spa |
