| dc.description.abstract | La generación de un proyecto de grado como un trabajo de investigación, programación y diseño que se orienta a la solución práctica y/o teórica de un problema o fenómeno específico perteneciente al área del programa de Ingeniería Industrial, comunicando los principios, criterios, aportes científicos y tecnológicos que se utilizarán en tal solución.
Para el desarrollo de este proyecto final se tiene en cuenta la guía de actividades propuesta, con el fin de cumplir los objetivos y metas dirigidas por el mismo curso de Diplomado de Profundización Supply Chain Management y Logística, de forma que nos permita identificar las dimensiones estructurales de la Red Supply Chain para la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad operativa de la empresa escogida de forma grupal la cual fue E.S.E.
