| dc.description.abstract | Dentro del contexto a presentar, se podrá evidenciar claramente la importancia que se tiene en el conocimiento de las Comunicaciones con respecto al Tema de Redes de Datos. Generando investigaciones desde lo básico a lo más complejo que se pueda encontrar antes, durante y luego de la Implementación en la ejecución del Proyecto. Todo, enmarcado en un análisis donde intervienen normas de legalización, infraestructura y presupuestal, entre otras. Dichas normas enfatizarán en el estudio a convenir, las tareas y estrategias a realizar y las metas y objetivos por cumplir para luego colocar sello de garantía sobre la Propuesta Inicial. Se mostrará evidencia de Ia Implementación de la Red Descentralizada en la parte operativa para ver su funcionamiento y donde el diseño de la Topología juega un papel muy importante al detallarse cada dispositivo tangible (Hardware) y los medios intangibles como el Software. Estos elementos combinados en la instalación, pondrán en marcha la Red de Datos planteada a nivel nacional. | spa |

Generating research from the basics to the most complex that can be found before, during and after the Implementation in the execution of the Project. Said norms will emphasize in the study to be agreed, the tasks and strategies to be carried out and the goals and objectives to be fulfilled, to then place a guarantee seal on the Initial Proposal. Evidence will be shown of the Implementation of the Decentralized Network in the operative part to see its operation and where the Topology design plays a very important role by detailing each tangible device (Hardware) and the intangible media such as the Software.
