| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo se realizará con el fin de establecer la importancia que tiene la ética en el desempeño de labor de los funcionarios contratistas de valoración y registro de la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (UARIV) al momento de tomar decisiones dentro del desarrollo de sus funciones. La información que dichos funcionarios manejan los hace vulnerables frente a posibles fraudes, fuga de información entre otros. Por lo anterior, es importante diagnosticar el grado de conocimiento del código de ética de la UARIV y si su aplicabilidad es efectiva, lo cual influye en el clima organizacional y en la seguridad de cada de una de las víctimas incluidas en el Registro Único de Victimas (RUV).
Para lo anterior se plantean como preguntas de investigación: ¿Qué importancia tiene para los funcionarios de la Unidad para Atención y Reparación Integral a las víctimas, la ética en la seguridad de la información en el desempeño de su labor? ¿Cuáles son los niveles de conocimiento de los códigos de ética de los funcionarios de la Unidad para Atención y Reparación Integral a las víctimas? ¿Cuáles son las acciones más pertinentes para el fomento de los códigos de ética en los funcionarios públicos?, ¿or qué es necesario que la ética pública sea parte del desarrollo de las instituciones públicas como la Unidad para Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas?
En ese sentido, la metodología que se utilizó en el proyecto de investigación fue de tipo mixto, es decir, se utilizará análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo. A través de lo anterior se pretendió entonces resolver el objetivo de analizar la importancia que tiene la ética laboral en los colaboradores contratistas de registro y control dela Unidad para Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas.
Después de la realización del análisis se definió hacer una encuesta a la población objeto de investigación, los cuales fueron los valoradores de la Unidad para la Reparación y la Atención Integral a las Víctimas, profesionales a cargo de la toma de decisión bajo un anállisis multidimensional de la inclusión o no inclusión de las victimas en el Registro Único de Víctimas bajo la Ley de Víctimas 1448 del 2011.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work will be carried out with the purpose of establishing the importance of ethics in the performance of the work of the contracting and evaluation officials of the Unit for Attention and Integral Reparation to Victims (UARIV) when making decisions within the development of its functions. The information that these officials handle makes them vulnerable to possible fraud, leakage of information among others. Therefore, it is important to diagnose the degree of knowledge of the UARIV code of ethics and if its applicability is effective, which influences the organizational climate and the safety of each of the victims included in the Single Registry of Victims. (RUV).
For the foregoing, the following research questions are posed: How important is the ethics of information security in the performance of its work for the officers of the Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for victims? What are the levels of knowledge of the codes of ethics of the officials of the Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for victims? What are the most relevant actions for the promotion of codes of ethics in public officials? Why is it necessary for public ethics to be part of the development of public institutions such as the Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims?
In this sense, the methodology used in the research project was mixed, that is, quantitative and qualitative analysis will be used. Through the above, it was then intended to resolve the objective of analyzing the importance of the work ethic in the contractors of registration and control of the Unit for Integral Attention and Reparation for Victims.
After carrying out the analysis, a survey of the population under investigation was defined, which were the evaluators of the Unit for the Reparation and Integral Attention to the Victims, professionals in charge of the decision making under a multidimensional analysis of the inclusion or not inclusion of the victims in the Victims' Registry under the Victims Law 1448 of 2011.
