dc.description.abstract	La realización del trabajo final profundiza todos los temas abordados del diplomado Supply Chain Management, mediante la aplicación del Modelo Referencial a la empresa seleccionada, en este caso Servientrega S.A. Esto hará identificar las exigencias de los sistemas logísticos y los alances competitivos que tiene referente a otras empresas. Este trabajo consiste en aplicar los trece elementos de dicho modelo adaptado al Supply Chain como son el concepto sobre logística, organización logística, tecnología de manipulación, tecnología de almacenaje, tecnología de transporte interno, tecnología de transporte externo, tecnología de información, tecnología de software, talento humano, integración del Supply Chain, barreras logísticas, logística reversa y, medida del desempeño logístico.	spa
