| dc.description.abstract | Las Juntas de acción comunal durante su historia tienen como objetivo: promover, estructurar, facilitar y fortalecer la organización democráticas, modernas, participativas y representativas en los organismos de acción comunal en sus respectivos grados asociativos, pretenden establecer un marco jurídico claro para sus relaciones con el Estado y con los particulares (Ley 742, 2002).
