dc.description.abstractenglish	Likewise, the information collected was gathered through surveys and interviews, which indicate the limited contribution of the Project and the favorable perception of the booklet for a better performance of the mission groups. The opinion before the official Enlace to operationalize the Enlace Project, as a mechanism used for its implementation, is unfavorable, an opinion that contrasts with the positive concept of the RF expert official that complements the application of the tablet. The surveys and interviews provide clarity on the need to complement the measures with administrative and legal aspects to strengthen their scope and consequently advance in a more efficient fiscal control: extend the time allotted to the execution phase of the audit; increase resources to develop commissions for the practice of tests; linking professionals with relevant profiles; elimination of regulatory gaps that make it possible to withstand irregularities; decrease the workload of the fiscal responsibility expert; strengthen an integral link to speak the same technical language between the groups, especially in the certification, among others.	spa
