The present study is done by the Savings and Credit cooperative named COOPROFESORES. This cooperative is based on the elaboration of a plan that is socially responsible for taking into account the different economic, social and environmental changes. These changes have been generated for the community's benefit and they have been established as a management model that later on will propose the conduct code where values and ethical principles will be described. We created a video taking into account financial and investment aspects where we identify and apply social marketing and corporate to the company. Then, we developed a generic map of the stakeholders where it was established the different interest groups internally and externally identifying the influence and impact of the cooperative. This present study ended by designing a company responsibility plan that was grounded in different dimensions and stakeholders selected by the organization. This plan established objectives, strategies, deadlines, resources, follow up indicators, frequency, and means of communication.
